Additional Services
The main service provided by the HCC is the logistic coordination of inbound goods, security screening, and redelivery of screened goods; such that processing of inbound goods becomes an intrinsically secure and highly timed event for each of our retail business partners, and their suppliers. The HCC is also able to provide added-value services to your Heathrow units, which include: Initial stock up facilities, Temporary storage, Remote stockroom, Stock collections/deliveries and Hourly Resource. We have a set process for oversize and out of gauge items with dedicated time slots.
Please contact HCC Customer Services to confirm details of any deliveries that are perceived to be non-retail goods and that require refined planning and additional support.
Items that are classed as non-retail or out of gauge items include products and services that cannot be sold to a customer.
